Don’t just eat your Yogurt...put it on your face

Delve into your fridge and find a natural solution to brighter softer skin. Natural Yogurt contains Lactic Acid, which is the gentlest of the AHA’s (Alpha Hydroxy Acid) and it helps to brighten, soften and rejuvenate your skin cells. It also helps with premature aging and age spots.

Using a yogurt mask 2-3 times a week will slough away at the dead skin cells accumulating in your pores, revealing brighter skin.

Yogurt also is rich in Zinc and has excellent antibacterial and exfoliating properties, great news for acne sufferers.

Make sure that the Yogurt is plain and natural, (I use the cheapest one locally made, I use full fat but you can use any) and simply massage onto your clean face and décolletage (neck and chest area) (avoiding the delicate eye area) and leave on for 20 mins.

Rinse off with lukewarm water then tone with Rose Water and moisturize as usual

Repeat a couple of times a week and VOILA!

BONUS TIP

Eat the rest of the yoghurt with raw honey.

I once had a conversation with a Urologist who said that a teaspoon of honey every day is the BEST natural tonic for your liver.
